Where has this been? Such a big difference for attacking all the roots in my yard.Cleanly and easily cuts through roots up-to 2inches thick. Bigger roots take more time and effort but it will do them.It’s hard work to use but works well.

Have only used it a couple of times. Seems to be a little awkward to use. Maybe after I have had a chance to use it a few more times it will be easier. Did do the job I purchased it for.

twenty slams and would not cut through a 3/4in root! will be returning! After viewing return fees, I decided to make it work!After sharpening the blade and drilling out the holes for the retaining pin, everything works so much better. sharpen the blade, it works as it should!

Great piece of yard equipment. I used it to clean up roots in my yard, and it really saved me a lot of work. I seemed to hold up to the abuse that it was intended to do with ease. I would buy this again.

All it does is bounce off the roots no matter how much you sharpen it. This may be good for cutting grass but does not live up to what it claims to do. I'll probably use it for a pry bar or a boat anchor. I do not recommend this product.

Difficult to use and doesn't cut roots as thoroughly as advertized. Ended up using a maul instead. May be useful for small thin roots close to surface.

Does a good job. Only wish it had slots in the slammer to keep the cutter and driver together.

I bought this tool to cut big roots but it will not cut anything more than 1" in. in diameter. Ended up using shovel and pick axe most of the time. Waste of money.
