Fresh Scotch Bonnet Chilli | 0.5kg | Chilli Mash Company

I love this hot chilli you can taste whatever you are cooking with it but have the lovely fresh heat . Tip-wash chillis ( whole ) in a colander give it a good shake, pour onto any tray that fits in your freezer flat , next day put the whole frozen chillis into a bag ( preferably one you can open and close again to get a chilli or 2 out when you want ) treat as normal , I usually just chop or whatever straight from the freezer

No where else have I been able to buy Scotch Bonnets! I have trawled local shops and had the farm shop specially checking out the veg market, to no avail. I had even ordered twice from another supplier on Amazon - who were unable to fulfil the order once they saw my delivery address is Scotland.However this order was just perfect. Great chillies, packaged appropriately with no huge excesses. I have popped the remainder of them in the freezer for me to pick out and use whenever I wish.Great product - would highly recommend.

I received a number of items which were damaged because of no suitable freezing of the scotch bonnet peppers. The box was sealed and the items looked like they were in the oven due to the unsuitability of the enclosed packing. I would never step foot in this store again unless I receive an assurance that the items are shipped in a suitable package.

Not as hot as other scotch bonnets I've tasted, but you get loads for your money. Very tasty. I used one chilli for two servings

These are very good but not Scotch Bonnet. These are mild and very good but as stated elsewhere they are more like Habenero which look the same but are much milder. They went off very quickly as if they had been chilled or even frozen before packing? Live. Learn. Move on...

Half of them were all black ended up throwing in the bin waste of money

If they can keep up with this quality, I will be back for more. All fresh and ripe and no spoilage.

I love it because the seller always put red pepper only in it and when I used them my soup is always very rich and the outcome of what I use it for is always eye pleasing and mouth watering 💋❤️
