Is this hoop compatible with the pr1050x? Does the machine pr1050x recognize this hoop?

This hoop will work on Babylock/Brother multineedle machines that will take a 8x14 hoop and have been designed to take a 14x14 hoop. This hoop is 14x14, but acts as a multi position hoop, meaning you will need an embroidery pattern that has been specifically formatted to be sewn in two 8x14 sections. (That will likely require you to have high quality editing software that will allow you to format your design in this way.) To make a 14x14 design, you first see the first 8x14 half of the design (which has been split in the software), then you take the hoop off, turn it around and reconnect it, then sew the second 8x14 half of the design. Your embroidery machine must be one that was designed to take a 14x14 hoop, or you will not be able to line up the two halves, even if the hoop fits the machine. If your documentation did not specifically advertise this as a feature of the machine, you will likely not have success with this hoop.
