I bought the larger one in blue denim. Crayola Super Tips 20 fits with space left.The quality is superior to anything I have seen!So happy with the purchase. My son described it as “perfection”.

This is a beautiful well made pencil case. I purchased the one that says it holds 48 pencils. The case has 2 zippered sections each section has 6 stretch pieces to hold your pencils. In order to fit 48 pencils you will have to squeeze 4 pencils per section in each one which I found difficult. I am using thicker charcoal and carbon pencils so thinner pencils might fit better. Since I am using this for charcoal pencils my point if getting a hard case was to protect the pencil point from breaking since it’s hard to keep charcoal pencils sharp and I do it by hand. I found for my regularly used sharp pencil I put one pencil per section. For unsharpened pencils I was able to squeeze 4 in a section but it is very tight, well made case. Nice strong zippers which snap closed. A bit pricey but I’m happy.

OH this is nice. VERY nice. Did I mention it's made in North Carolina? That's important to me. I will order more just to have. Snaps on the zippers...you don't see this kind of quality anymore or rarely at best. Thank you Speedball! Customer for life within 10 minutes.

These are pricy, but I love them. So functionally convenient. I've bought them for my colored pencils, markers, pens, even small brushes for organization at home and ease traveling. Worth the dollars.

I bought two of this pouch and they are equally awesome. My pencils fit beautifully —not too tight, and not too loose. I am very happy with this item. Oh! And it has a snap to keep the zipper from accidentally opening and losing your gear.The only thing you should know is this: this pouch is only designed to hold standard pencil size pencils (think your regular Dixon Ticonderoga yellow pencils). I use all kinds of pencils. I especially love Sumo grip mechanical pencils (extra chunky) and Blackwing pencils (extra long). The case will not zip around the extra length of the Blackwing pencils and chunky pencils give you less space to use for storing writing implements. Aside from that, these are great and worth every penny.
