I wanted to have a quick reference so I put ot on my closet door. I can do a work out easily now.

Have not used yet. The exercises are for beginners and some intermediate. Trying to preserve the workout poster. Right now I am looking for a poster frame. It looks like I will have to venture out in the world to find. The poster is thick enough it will not tear but it will crimp from bending. I have had it for over a week. It is still curled at the edges I am working to make flat. This is from being delivered in tube. I do not like to get on the floor to exercise so those exercises are out. But I can do one exercise from each body part section. Very easy to see and copy actions. If you have issues... google it. They are all basic exercises, good starters to pick for yourself and choose from.

I like the excercises on this one, The difficulty notes are helpful and the pictures are easy to follow. The only real issue I have is that it is a bit overpriced for a poster... I know gym wquioment prices have jumped thanks to 2020 but this one is a bit more than I think it should be.I rate this a solid 3 star buy.. The quality is solid and if you are willing to pay this price you will be happy with this poster...Just my thoughts,AK

This poster is just right to hand on the wall and easy to follow pictures are helping me to do a quick workout morning or evening. In order for it to lay flat it needs to be rerolled the opposite way for a day or so.
