Honest company
This was a two pack purchase but only one item worked properly. Being bulbs this is not unusual. Having received my complaint bedee has refunded have the purchase price without quibble. Can’t fault that customer service.

Works brilliantly for my tortoise
I used the Exo Terra bulbs for the past 3-4 years but they blew easily and was getting sick of replacing them. I used both 75W and 50W bulbs previously. This bulb probably gives off similar heat to the 50W bulb but has lasted so much longer and hasn't blown yet so I am very impressed and 100% would recommend.

Brilliant
Really nice size, I find ceramics tent to be super long and if you have a shorter viv the big protective cage tends to take away the looks, I've got the small bulbs and little cages and looks do much better. Bulbs work perfectly and look nice

Works fantastic
Thought I'd give these a go for a 8 foot tortoise enclosure, had them 24 hours and already noticed the difference tortoises are happy and out more moving around, and night time temps are maintained nicely will definitely order more

Both bulbs failed within 24hrs
Looked good on arrival. Installed the first one, instantly didn't work. The fitting and wattage is correct, so I tried the 2nd bulb. This worked really well, for less than 24 hrs then this blew as well, leaving my crestie to get cold. Very poor quality. Put my existing bulb back in, working fine and warming back up. Will be returning for a full refund.
