A taste from childhood
I am accustomed to Gold’s schav. (Sorrel cold soup). The cracovia brand is way more concentrated. I added about 4 tablespoons to a cup of cold water. Then I added 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and stirred. Absolutely delicious. Try it. You’ll like it. 🙂

Terrible taste
The taste of the sorrel is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

leaves are too small
You should not expect to see the whole leaves of sorrel in the jar, there is just a mess. However, the taste is really what you expect to have.

I love homemade Polish Sorrel Soup, and this product is just delicious used for that! Nice lemony tang!
