Also you can wash at 30 degrees. And unlike the Chinese hat l also bought, this fits and should hold its shape. Scarf will be warmer though

The Nike neck warmer arrived very very quickly, only ordered it yesterday and it arrived today I have Sarcoidosis a lung condition and the cold wind/breeze is taking my breath away so I got the Warmer to cover my face/mouth whilst I'm out & about to help ease the shortness of breath this making it very effective Fits Great and is Very Very Comfy.
