Works pretty well
I didn't buy these for weight loss per say but for water retention. I was dealing with swollen ankles etc. My little toes looked like sausages & my shoes were TIGHT. It took a couple days for it to really kick in but after that, I never looked back. I was a little nervous that I would be gushing urine once it kicked in (anybody who's taken lasix in the past knows) but this didn't & that was never a problem for me. If you worried about that, don't be. Although everybody is different, it just wasn't an issue in my case.Very pleased with the product.

I love this product. I ran out of prescription fluid pills and used this as a back up. Worked just as well for me personally.

Good pills
I bought these pills because I retain water. So you will be going to the restroom a lot. They do keep me awake I guess because of the green tea extract in them. I take one in the morning and it will wake you up and keep you energized going. The downfall is I can’t take them every day because then I can’t sleep at night. Maybe it’s just me but one is enough for me a day. Now about losing weight maybe if I took them every day but I’m a person who needs a nap occasionally.
