I have been using this for several years, now, and I find it improves my post-menopausal mood swings, reduces night sweats, etc.

I am 68 years old and have had major trouble sleeping through the night for literally years. Just started taking this product and slept through the night 3 nights in a row. Also no night sweats. I hate to sound like one of those silly reviewers, but this stuff is a miracle! I've already put it on auto ship. I have a concern with the comment about lowering my white blood cell count - and will do research on that, but for now, I am thrilled!

This blend is a literal life and marriage saver! I have Bipolar I disorder with psychosis. My meds don't cover hormonal changes at all. Puzzles my psychiatrist, but he agreed that I should try some herbal medicine. He's an old fashioned doc too. This pill is SO helpful! My mood swings are better. I don't get a lot of physical benefits yet. My cramps are always bad, no matter what I do. I don't have menopausal symptoms yet (I'm 43). But if your hormones almost monthly wreck your marriage, I recommend this.

To be fair, I bought three different pms supplements on here (different ingredients), but one month I tried cutting back on them throughout the month and only taking them when I started to feel symptoms, and that month my pms was much worse again. Coincidence? Maybe, but I'm not risking it. I now alternate taking them, one variety each day, all through the month and take all three (one of each) during my symptomatic times, gradually easing back to one a day after my period (does not work to cut back suddenly). I'm no dr, but this is what's been working for me.

This seems helpful so far - i was taking a different brand with much of the same ingredients but this is cheaper and actually seems to have more beneficial stuff in it and is more affordable. I use it to control PMS symptoms

I was very sceptical when I bought this. But to my surprise it works very very well. It stopped my nocturnal sweating and also enables me to sleep more normally at night. I will continue to take this as long as needed. Have topped this twice so far. Definitely recommended! Thumbs up!
