Delivered with dead battery
The remote was delivered with the plastic film between the battery and the terminal but the battery was still dead. The remote worked perfectly after buying and installing a new battery. No setup needed. It just worked.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work on the 2x4hd so returned it. Luckily I had another remote that did.

Works well with my miniDSP DDRC-24 (2x4HD)
This is a nice little remote that works well with the miniDSP DDRC-24 (2x4HD). The range seems to be good (I tested it from about 16 feet away). When you first use it you will need to open the battery compartment and remove the clear plastic insulator under the battery so it will work. Note: It uses a CR2032 Lithium Battery
