No issue with craftsmanship nor quality. Due to the thickness of the top of the step couldn't get it to align with the existing flooring which was about 1/2 the thickness. If this were to be placed on any other than the top step there would have been no issue with installation whatsoever, but since this was going into a 1-step sunken Living Room sadly there was no fitment without causing a trip hazard.. Grudgingly had to return item.

Never Received Item. Have asked for refund and never heard back. The others that arrived were fantastic and I canceled order and re-ordered the items lost in transit. I still never received the refund.

Very Nice Solid oak stair tread for the price.Prompt delivery. Now we just have to cut to size, stain, sand, and put finish coats.

The board is very pretty, but we have only had it on the stair for a few months and it has already cracked

Have an old home with 3ft wide stairs. This product helped me upgrade our carpeted stairs and cover for a bunch of mistakes I had made in a previous install of laminate. Good solid wood material, easy to setup. Highly recommend

I love it! My husband had to polish and sand it, polish and sand it, like 8 times, for it to become smooth. We used matte polish. But now it looks just how we wanted. Overall a good product, I’d recommend.
