Great quality, warm, wool hold ups. I have never got on with tights and it is so great to be able to wear a skirt in the winter with these lovely hold ups. They look great, they fit great and they are very long lasting.

Expected these to be very luxurious. Bit disappointed. They were ok but considering price not great. They also only lasted a couple of weeks until tops began to come away and ladder. Won't repurchase.

My order arrived in good time but had obviously been worn!!! One of the stockings is badly laddered and they had hair on them.. very disappointed as I wanted them for my Christmas Day outfit!!!!!!

These are MIRACULOUS! I'm 5'10" 180 lbs, pear-shaped and these stockings FIT COMFORTABLY, STAY UP BEAUTIFULLY, are PLENTY LONG ENOUGH, and even with the wool content, perhaps a teeny bit scratchy but I'm really sensitive to tags & seams & the like, and I find these incredibly comfy & easy to wear. I consider these a plus size since that's the size I generally need in stockings to feel comfortable. I think they'd easily fit up to 6' tall people wearing mini skirts, because I could stretch these all the way up to my panty line if I needed to. I think someone weighing 200 pounds, maybe even more could also wear comfortably. These are the brownish marled ones, semisheer but thicker than nylons, a medium-weight tight that I'll wear in frigid Chicago winters.

Comfortable, not itchy, warm. I love Trasparenze stay ups, this is my 5th or 6th pair (I have different styles). If you haven't worn stay ups before, just make sure you don't put lotion or body oil on your upper/mid thigh or it won't grip.

Warm and comfortable. Cool colors. I bought two pairs, and do not regret. Just overestimated my size using the size chart.It would be helpful to have the thigh circumference reported when describing the size.

These are NOT the stockings I use to buy. They have changed dramatically - for the worse:1) These used to be opaque. They now look like someone dyed a piece of supermarket cheesecloth black. OK, so the individual threads are opaque but there are so many spaces between the threads that create a very different (cheapie) effect.2) These used to be super-soft. Now they are coarse and ITCHY.3) These are no longer mid-thigh length (as shown in the photo). They just go over the knee.Transparenze has destroyed a fabulous productWhat a disappointment.
