Worked out well
Very nice mid-range priced semolina. Is not as fine as Caputo Semola, but the price point makes this an excellent product for homemade pasta.

Large Quantity
This flour is smooth and rich, has great aroma and is perfect for making pizzas and other dishes. Favorite thing about it is the fact that is a 8 lbs bag compared to other vendors.

multi purpose
my husband is from peru and told me of all the ways they use semolina in his country. i was very surprise and now i enjoy the product very much.

Semolina flour
It may not be as fine as semola flour but that being said I added a bit more water then usual and produced very good pasta. Half All purpose flour and half Semolina. Great price!
