good quality ez to install the clamp system works on a wedge design . you can feel the bolt bottom out . it is tight plenty tight........ the bad part is the rubber top strip is hollow and ressess in to the beam making it usless .. i will be ordering some rubber belting to attach to the top of the beams. the rubber is to help keep the load from shifting its a must

It’s a great roof rack for the price. Easy to install, I first assembled the crossbars with the end parts. Then I loosened the bolts with an Allen wrench. I had someone helped me place it on the top of my Jeep and adjusted it using a tape measure to make sure that the crossbars over hang evenly on both sides. I followed the measurements from the instructions of how far each racks are from the front removable top, which I believe is 7inch and 34.5inch. Then I tightened the bolts and done. Super easy!

My cross bars didn't have holes drilled on one side. I might have been able to drill them myself but when I watched the video on Amazon, the items appeared to be different. One showed a lock and key which wasn't included on my item. Mine had plactic loops that attach to the bar ends. In the video, they are solid.Amazone support will only allow return or replace and didn't provide any real support. So i have no choice but to return as I'm not sure this is the correct item or if it would fit if i did drill holes in the bar.Guess it's too good to be true as this item was like $150.You get what you pay for. I guess I'm going to REI with my life savings to get a good rack.

The instructions were horrible and unclear - took far too long to get these installed due to silly minor reasons. The video on the product page was much better but still inaccurate. I had two stripped pieces that make the item unable to be fully installed, so the arms can move laterally, which is a problem. I emailed them directly to see if they can send me the parts to fix it. I tried to work this through Amazon but the AI just kept making me return the whole thing. It will work for my purposes if I get the replacement parts I need. We'll see if this review generate a response.

These are not super difficult to install thought the instructions didnt help. Not a big deal. Spaced them out on teh roof to distribute a load easily. Look really nice and are super sturdy and strong

I think I like it. Prętry good and solid grips.Make sure you loosen all screws , measure, slide it correctly.Do not cut rubber insert, just squeeze it before close plastic cups.
