Low-Quality Product, Misleading Weight, and Not Worth the Price.We originally had an issue with the weight, but the taste and poor meat quality turned out to be an even bigger disappointment.Yes, the fine print says “2 to 3 pounds,” but the main product page clearly says 3 pounds — that’s what we based our decision on. What we received was only 2.3 pounds, which is a significant difference when you’re paying for a premium product.Even worse, the taste was nothing like real Italian bresaola. We’ve bought high-quality Italian bresaola many times before, and this didn’t come close. The texture was off, the flavor was bland and unpleasant, and the overall quality felt cheap — almost like processed deli meat pretending to be something it’s not.The packaging is also misleading, making it look like a product imported from Italy when it’s clearly not. It feels deceptive and inauthentic.If the seller truly wanted to be fair, they could price this by the pound and let buyers choose exactly how much they’re getting, rather than charging one flat price and sending a random, lower weight.We would absolutely not buy this again, and we hope others read this before making the same mistake.

Wonderful beef, very lean and tasty. No wasted product unlike prosciutto with the layer of fat. Only recently learned of this delightful meat after it was served at Miraval Berkshires, needed to ask the chef the name and now I’m a fan.
