Fusso Coat 12 Months Wax Light 200g - Hard Car Wax Polish – Auto Care Waterproof Hydrophobic Coating - Durable Paintwork Protection and High-Gloss Finish - Kit with an Applicator Pad

I wanted to wait some time after testing this to leave a review - I love this product, it leaves a great protective coating on paintwork but the proper preparation makes all the difference. Prep: I’ve found for the best results make sure the car is COMPLETELY STRIPPED of any wax, sprays, ceramic coatings etc. You can easily test this by spraying some water on the vehicle and making sure it doesn’t bead off. For an even better finish follow this up with a clay bar, polish and alcohol wipe. Application: Application is straight forward but will take longer than its ceramic spray counterpart. I lightly dampen the sponge and apply a small amount of wax to the foam applicator, spread on the paintwork in a circular motion with light pressure, ensuring the whole panel has a thin even layer. If you apply too much wax to the panel, it will be a difficult to buff-off in the next stage. Removal: Depending on weather conditions, leave it 5-8 mins, once it’s hazed over buff the wax off with a clean microfibre towel and behold the shine! The photo and video speaks for itself, but I’ve used this product for months and the wax still holds up very well. The hydrophobic properties are amazing and the gloss you get beats any Turtle Wax, Meguiars ceramic sprays. The tub will last me years as I don’t imagine I’ll need to reapply this very often at all - fantastic product all around.

Excellent product. First time using this. Easy to apply and buff without any chalky residue. Read the instructions carefully,apply thinly and don't try to do too large an area each time. Super shiny result.

Soft99 is a Japanese car car care product company which makes one of the best if not the best waxes and sealants for cars. Fusso 12 month is a flourine or PTFE resin based hard paste sealant that does not contain polymers or carnauba wax which is rated for 12 months but realistically more like 8-10 months. It comes in a 200 gram (7 oz) cannister with a foam applicator. Fusso is easy to apply but if left too long it can be difficult to remove. Once the wax hazes to white (5-20 minutes depending on temperature) you wipe it off. The sealant can leave some dusty white residue which is easily removed. Do not apply to any plastic or trim as it will stain it. The paint has to be clean with no oxidation before use. It is recommended that you clay and polish the paint first as Fusso has no cleaners or polish in it. The results are fantastic. The sealant leaves an extremely slick coating which is the most hydrophobic or water repelling surface I have ever seen. Water glides right off the surface of the car. The surface has a nice gloss finish to it. The wax is extremely resistant to chemicals and degreasers as well as bird poop (but it stil can etch the paint if left too long as bird poop is highly acidic) Soft99 also makes the Kiwami Extreme Gloss Wax which can be topped over the Fusso coat. The Kiwami will leave a slightly higher gloss to the surface but does not last as long, about three months. I have tried other various products, such as Turtle Wax Seal n Shine, Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax and Mother's CMX. This sealant outperfroms them all. P&S Bead Maker leaves a slightly higher gloss but is not durable and not as hydrophobic as Fusso. When used properly, Fusso is extremely impressive...

This is a synthetic "wax" paste that is long lasting and is the best water repellent I've seen and I've tried a lot of different products. Shine is decent too, but not carnuba wax levels of shine. Also leaves the surface very slick. Keep it away from black non-painted trim as it can stain.

Application is very easy using a damp applicator. Product left vehicle smooth and glossy. Longevity is yet to be determined, I’ll update in a few months.

This stuff is bulletproof! I live in the Northeast, and with the salt etc, it lasts ALL winter and then some. I went from October until July, and did it again because I just thought I should not try another winter on it! The beads are as big as my fist sometimes. I have tried many coatings, including expensive ceramics, and I prefer this. I either use clay bar before, or liquid "first step" type paint liquid paint cleaner by a known vendor such as Meguiars. You have ot use a paint cleaner first! This protects, not cleans!
