The media could not be loaded. This works good, my dog can’t reach her itchy spot and it was really easy to put on. Dog seems WAY more comfortable than with the cone. This is far less invasive and she isn’t nearly as clumsy with this. See attached video for a very happy dog.Keep in mind that if you’re directly comparing to a cone, this might allow the dog to get to their paws and stuff so may not be right depending on the spot you need to keep your dog from.

Our dog needed an emergency vet visit and they gave us a hard plastic cone. She was running into us with the cone and we needed an alternative which this gave us a great option. Highly recommended.

Bought this in replacement to the awful plastic E-Collor provided by vet after a neutering. Overall, the dog seems to not mind this neck pillow as much as the cone. Getting it on the dog is fairly simple by attaching his collar to the straps on the inside of the donut. Inflating the donut was a bit challenging as it seemed only a little air could be blown in at a time. Our 25lb Portidoodle usually wrestles us when trying to put it on, but once it's on it stays. We ended up going out for Halloween and leaving the dog in his crate with the donut on as we do every day. We came back to an uninflated mess with his collar still on. He somehow chewed the Velcro strap meant to tighten it and poked a hole on the side. I tried to put Duct tape over the hole and reinflate, but it loses too much air. We ordered another one in hopes that this was a onetime accident. It's convenient and seems to be comfy but I'm questioning the strength of this product. We hope this next one lasts until we no longer need it.

On time and as advertised

This product is comfortable and in general better then the other traditional ones, but it didn’t last long enough and started to leak air and deflate from the plastic valve area.

After going through 2 other "classic", cones I decided to try this doughnut for my dog & he loved this one! How do I know? Because he didn't destroy it like the other 2 lol , he also didn't ram into walls or get stuck anywhere and I assume it was very comfortable for him because when he would lay down he would use the collar as sort of a pillow. It was very easy to use and has velcro straps to adjust the size/tightness but if it gets deflated you might want to use some kind of air pump to reinflate because the cloth does not detach and if your dog sheds a lot like mine there will be fur all over it including where the pump piece is. (AKA fur in your mouth lol) he no longer needs it but he still uses it as a pillow on his bed 😊

The collar itself seems ok "so far", and why do I say this.... I was sent someone's returned product. The package was obviously opened and then re-taped shut. I have the collar inflated to see if it holds air, I really don't have the time to send it back unless I can find another quickly. I have kitty that has had ear hematoma surgery and needs a collar on to keep her from reaching her ear and possibly ripping out her stitches ! If it stays inflated I will keep. Just not happy paying full price and being sent something that was opened and returned.EDIT,Lowered rating because did not last !! Inflated pillow inside this popped and no longer stays inflated.. NOT HAPPY !!can not blame cat because she had nails trimmed by vet.

This is easily the most effective and comfortable cone type apparatus I've had to use on my elder dog when needing to isolate her from her hind quarters. Lightweight, easy to wash, and I like that it attaches to the existing collar... and you can choose how firm it is, by how inflated you make it.
