Great. Effective. Less plastic in the environment. Win-win!- - - -I’m coming back a few months later after having used the tape in various applications. It’s lovely that it’s eco-friendly, but I seriously don’t think I would trust it for shipping! It has popped off of multiple projects, and on a cardboard box, you have to rub it with the edge of a spoon or something to really make it stick down. Otherwise, the next day, it has already come off. And you definitely can’t overlap the ends; it doesn’t stick to itself at all.

Used this to make a giant 4-foot by 4-foot recyclable Hieronymus Bosch strawberry grape hybrid for a college art class. I highly recommend it if you are trying to work in a recyclable medium! My understanding is that most people use it for packaging and it's a great alternative to plastic tape! But if you do, keep in mind that this tape does not stick to itself, but to paper materials!

I used this tape on craft paper to seal my eco-friendly wrapped gifts the issue is that it does have a tendency to life. When used on a box you need to use a significant amount to ensure that you go all of the way around the box to avoid any lifting- wouldn't recommend it for shipping unless you use it fully around your package doesn't hold well with just strips. Worked okay for wrapping just needed to really rub it to ensure it wouldn't lift. I like that it is eco-friendly and recyclable but it's not perfect.

I really like this tape BUT it is NOT too sticky. I brought this for shipping, I don't think I will be ordering again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this tape because it has a lot of good reviews and thought I’d try it. The adhesion isn’t good. I ship a lot of packages and the tape lifts. You have to go through it several times and put a lot of pressure, and even then I’m not confident the tape will stay.

This tape is thick and sturdy, however it doesn't stick very well at the end. Because of this you should double wrap or overlap by a few inches, which at the price of this tape, will add a fair amount to your shipping costs. If the adhesive was better I'd rate 5 stars, but understand the tradeoff for eco friendly tape and do think it's worth it.

I had a thing i had to send my parents and tried to pack it, but i realized my packing tape was out. So i was looking for a packing tape on amazon. When i found this paper tape, i was so curious because i've never used paper tapes. And i heard it's eco-friendly because PAPER TAPES CAN BE RECYCLED. (I like eco-friendly products) So i bought this.After i ordered it, i was little worried bc this is paper. But the worry was gone when i got the tapes. The packages deliverd were sealed by the tape i bought, and it was so tough when i cut the tape to open the packages. (I even used a boxcutter) So you don't have to worry about it! Also it's not laminated so you can write something with any pen, and there is "FRAGILE" sign on the tape. So if you pack brittle things like glass, you can warn delivery man there is fragile things inside box through this tape.There was no problem to pack my thingI really recommend it!
