Once I started using this product, I literally have not used any other pre-workout products. I stopped drinking coffee, slowed way down on the calorie filled lattes, and use this even for a pick me up when I need a "clean" caffeine boost-the taste is AMAZING! I love grape, but it's mild, not sweet, and honestly only good when it's ice cold. I fill my YETI with water and a scoop, top it off with ice, and drink it on my way to the gym. It's perfect for 45-1.5 hour range high intensity workouts (like spin, weights, OTF, etc.)Honestly, it's replaced all my other caffeine sources. I can't live without it. and it's NOT expensive!

Probably my favorite "natural" pre workout and works better than a lot of synthetics. Gives a great boost to work out that increases mental focus, energy and pump for the muscles without artificial flavors, etc. You can feel it kick in when it starts to tingle due to the amino acid blend in it. Honestly, this might be my favorite pre workout, ever and it's at a great price here! I prefer the grape flavor and it really helps me to get a hard workout in even with my crazy work schedule. I also have seen an increased vascularity and pump using this product!

I wish I had paid attention to the return option on this. It tastes awful! A very subtle grape flavor that doesn’t get better with a larger amount of the product being used. I could get past two sips without gagging.

One of the better pre-workouts on the market. Cleaner than most. No artificial colors or flavors. It's still a mystery to me how so much of the athletic industry is into being a top athlete, yet health is not of their concern. They eat bad food, and use bad supplements and seem to be ignorant of the very things that can better your whole system. This product is a step in the right direction. Hopefully they will dial it in even more and make the product cleaner.

I drink it on the way to the gym and it kicks in by the time I get there. I have been using this product for several years and I won't use anything else.

As a vegan bodybuilder, it is hard to find a pre-workout booster that is not filled with animal by-products and artificial sweeteners and flavors. This one meets the criteria - the BCAA are vegan friendly as I have verified with the company and none of the artificial junk. The grape flavor is amazing especially by using cold water.
