Best Pancakee Mix!
The best gluten free pancake mix. A couple things I do for 1 serving ( 2 pancakes): I use 1 large egg, 3/4 cup of lactose free milk, 1/2 tablespoon organic coconut oil, two dashes of Cinnamon, two pinches of salt and blend using a Nutri Bender, blend for a few secs. Then add 3/4 cup of pancake mix and hand mix using a small spatula. The spatula makes it easy to get the batter mix off the inside of the nutri blend container. Let it sit for a few minutes. Batter will thicken. Shouldn't be runny, if so add alittle more mix ( 1/2 tablespoon). Sometimes an egg is larger than another which causes the consistency to be slightly different each time or if more milk is used. I use med heat on gas stove and a non stick small pan. Pour half the batter into pan. Watch carefully then flip. I then take a pad of butter and place on a plate, put one pancake on the plate and add another pad of butter, then the next pancake and butter. After the 2nd pancake on I turn the gas burner on few like 30 sec to heat the plate. I use Shady Grove 100% maple Syrup. I use a small dish, add 1/4 cup of syrup with a slice of butter. Place in microwave for 15 secs. Do not pour directly on to pancakes. Dip each bite. Amazingly delicious. Enjoy!

The best pancakes I have ever had either from a mix or made from scratch.
This pancake mix produces light , very tasty pancakes that remind me of the yummy buttermilk pancakes I learned to make from my Grandma who raised 7 kids and was and incredible cook. One huge difference that makes all the difference is that these are incredibly light while keeping that great texture . My husband who does not have to eat gluten free, but is choosing more and more to do so, has been a waffle lover all his life, hated pancakes as a child and an adult. One morning I was making these for myself and he said go ahead and make me one we are out of bread and I am really hungry. Much to his (and my) surprise he loved it and ate 2 more. Now he requests them. He also loves that they don't leave him with that heavy ,bulky feeling in his stomach. I would not purchase any other mix. It is easy , pretty much fool proof and produces a consistent pancake. One of those happy discoveries that is that much more wonderful because it is a surprise.

Absolutely delicious and satisfying.
OMG. I'm in culinary heaven! I haven't had pancakes for over two years 'cuz I would react badly to them. Took a chance with these gluten free ones and my body is doing fine. Had pancakes three mornings in row. So delicious with honey and real maple syrup. Yum! Wanna go makes some right now. I used a little more milk than what the recipe said. They were too pasty before, now they're light and fluffy.

Best GF pancake mix out there
I've been GF for 7 years and have tried a lot of pancake mixes. Bobs Red Mill is hands down the best, while also being one of the cheaper options. I've had mixed luck finding it in grocery stores but now order it here. My husband, who is not GF, likes it too and thinks it tastes as good as normal pancake mix.

Delicious!
I have to be on a strict gluten free/dairy free/soy free diet while breastfeeding due to my babies sensitivities (as well as my own). I make this mix using almond milk and either DF/SF butter (earths balance) or canola oil and they turn out great!!! Add a few blueberries or DF chocolate chips for extra flavor, but they are great plain. They are light and fluffy not grainy or dense like some GF mixes. I make big batches and refrigerate or freeze for quick breakfasts. Highly recommend! Yummy!

It's a good mix overall
I have used this and Pamela's. I like Pamela's much better, but this one is nut and dairy-free which another child of mine needs. I find I can make this batter moister by blending (yup, in my blender) the mix, etc. with a ripe banana or two. He is egg-free too, so I add chia seeds (mixed first with water) as the egg-replacer. They cook up just right and look and act just like a pancake should. He enjoys them thoroughly and never thinks his sister's are better (she has had Pamela's).

Favorite GF pancake mix!
After going gluten free, I tried A LOT of pancake mixes. I have been GF for over 3 years now and this is my favorite mix! I use a bit more milk than the directions call for, but I like thin pancakes. The texture is good. Doesn't have the gritty feel that a lot of GF mixes have. It is really a great mix. We have these once or twice a week! The subscribe and save price makes them particularly reasonable.

Great find!
I can't have wheat, cow's milk or eggs. That really constricts my choices for breakfast. This mix is great! I use real butter, soy milk and ground flax (as egg substitute). I prefer waffles to pancakes. I need to add a bit more milk at thin the batter, just as I did when I could eat wheat. I make a whole batch of waffles, and freeze the extras. They're even better, toasted, than the first day! I'm seriously considering ending my breakfast cereal purchases in favor of this mix. Oh, try Bob's Red Mill cornbread mix for waffles, too, if you like crispy outsides on cornbread.
