Beautiful Cards, Wonderful Guidebook, Accurate Readings
I was ecstatic to receive the shipment of these cards because I've been saving up for them. I was not disappointed.Starting with the box, it is a sturdy box that one would be able to store the cards in for years to come. It doesn't fall apart like many other boxes would. Also, if one were to spill something on the box, it would just roll right off of it and would not damage the box.The guide book is wonderful. It has three parts: the introduction, the card meanings, and the "about the author" and "about the artist" parts. The introduction is 43 pages, which includes a few spreads that I enjoy. Although parts of the introduction seem to be geared toward teenagers, I find it to be readable and useful for me as an (young) adult. The card meanings itself are awesome. I especially enjoy that they are more than just a few words. In the card meanings, there are three sections: about "____ card," "____ speaks," and "divination." There is also a short one sentence message on each page that is also on the card. Now, on to the actual cards themselves. Although the card stock is a little on the flimsy side, I don't have an issue with shuffling them. The backing of the cards are of winged frogs. These, in my opinion, are beautiful creatures with a message in themselves about shapeshifting, though they are not mentioned in the book. Each card has a thin border that I actually find enhances the card. It brings out the images of the cards. The images on each card are beautiful, and I find that the eyes and body language in each card is as meaningful as the words on the cards. Each card has a title and short meanings on them, which I find very helpful as a new oracle reader.I am grateful to work with the Oracle of the Shapeshifters. I am a writer, and when I first saw the deck, I felt that I would benefit by using it to help me in my writing process. I was considering children's books at that moment and I felt drawn to buy this deck. However, when I received the deck and pulled my first card, it was card 29: Fiona and the Unicorn, the gift of sacred sight. I found it so befitting to my life, not just in relations to my writing, and I was immediately astonished by the accuracy. I later did a second reading, and each card I pulled was so accurate and so true to my life that I know that I will go far beyond pulling a card to help me in my writing. The Oracle of the Shapeshifters is amazing!

Excellent oracle deck honed in on change
This deck is beautiful, let's get that said right out of the gate. If you aren't into very big eyes and sort of uncanny/otherworldly art, it won't work for you. But if you dig that aesthetic like I do, this is a great deck. It utilises animals well and it doesn't commit any egregious sins of cultural appropriation (you're reading for familiars and shapeshifters, not for spirit animals, which is a sacred Native American concept to many tribes and shouldn't be used by people who aren't Native with a tribal usage of that term, just to state the very blatantly obvious). The different spreads in the book are great, too. This deck does skew young -- it's meant for teenagers or college students, I think, but if you're a good reader, it's easy to take the concepts and adapt them to an adult reading. It's really a deck to talk about change: change you need to make, change you're going through, change you're avoiding, or change that you need to stop. I've rarely seen a deck so honed in on such a crucial element of uncertainty in life, and consequently, it's given me and my clients some powerful readings. If you're a person who reads for younger people, you are a younger person confronted with a lot of change and big questions about the future, or you read for people who are often in states of flux, this is a great deck. It's an Oracle, not a tarot deck, so it's all (basically) major Arcana. But that has a lot of power, and each card has keywords on it to facilitate reading with ease. The accompanying book is very good and offers multiple ways of thinking of each card, which is useful. If you haven't used an oracle deck before, it might take some getting used to. But it's an adjustment that's really worth it to make.

One of my newest & favorite decks
Artwork is to die for, and the cards speak to me on a soul level, I cry almost every time I read the description! The cards are alittle flimsy, they could Use a better sturdier card stock. But with a light shuffle , long ways… not able to shuffle side ways.. you get used to the way they feel! The artwork is stunning! Kudos to the artist and creator of this magnificent deck

I love this deck
I love using this deck. I had it for a couple weeks now and it really helps you heal. It encourages you to look at the parts of you you may not want to look at. The art is beautiful. Only thing is I didn’t realize that the Australian version is different and I think that version is better via the different artwork on the cards. They probably have different meanings too. If you feel called to purchase this deck I would recommend. It answers all your questions and mind and tells you what steps to take or at least you’ll know by heart because of the description 🩶
