OGIOWheelie Pack Wheeled Upright, Laptop/MacBook Pro Backpack, Black

Love the pack...taking it to Europe soon. It has all the features I wanted for an easy time traveling. It stands up without falling over when fully packed; wheels along easily and quickly converts to a backpack. Has a padded section for a laptop and front section for pens, cards, etc. Price is great also.

Everything about this backpack was fine except for the stitching that came out of the strap. Which caused the backpack portion to become unusable. So what did I just pay for!? When the strap is through a two slotted buckle like it's top portion, even if the stitching came out it would have been usable because the buckle holds it in place. But that is not the case for the design on the bottom portion of the straps on this bag. The bottom causes you to rely on just the stitching to hold it, no matter the length of the straps you want to use. When I contacted the companys customer service about replacing the straps (not even the padded part) I got a very quick and short no without any seeming care or understanding with an apology. If I had known I would not have been able to use the backpack after paying this much money I would not have bought it. Also the wheels are not covered so when you do use it as a backpack you're putting whatever the backpack had wheeled over onto your back clothes anyway which is pretty nasty. Too bad the customer service department can't relay information or show care in comments so to rectify future problems and keep happy satisfied customers who would return. But that will not be the case for me. Their loss.

I have been using a rolliing pack for almost 20 years. This is the best I've had. What makes it superior? It has lots of room. The wheels roll smooth and quiet--that is important to me and puts this in a class by itself compared to the High Sierra and Jansport bags I've had. The Jansport was adequate but noisy. It lasted a long time but, to my eye, looks more appropriate for kids than an adult professional. The High Sierra looks professional and is roomy but impossibly noisy. Both of these companies---Jansport and High Sierra--stood by their product. Each replaced the bags without charging me when the wheels wore out (Jansport) or were too noisy to use (High Sierra). I don''t anticipate a problem with this OGIO bag. If one develops I will update this review. As it stands, this bag is worth its price.UPDATE: I enjoyed this bag while it lasted. That was approximately for a year and a half. At that point, the handle snapped off. Although the bag, otherwise, was holding up pretty well, the handle was plastic and caused me to have to get a replacement for the entire bag. Prior to the update the bag had earned a 5-star rating. It still is an ok purchase as long as you are aware that it will not last as long as it would if it had been supplied with a decent handle.

I'm impressed by this laptop wheeled backpack. It's quiet, sturdy, reliable, roomy, stylish, and durable.I use it everyday and find it indispensable for my use. This would probably make an excellent overnight bag, great for flights too.

Wheels seem sturdy, has lots of pockets but beware those in the front are not very roomy. The back compartment (for luggage) is the largest. Overall good roller backpack with good ideas in design just not well executed. Meaning the compartments would be better if the bag was more spacious once filled to its capacity.

This bag is sized nice for travel but the zippers are the flimsiest of any bag I have ever owned.

Looked at tons of carry on bags with wheels, telescoping handle and backpack straps. This is even better than it looks.

I travel all over North America for work. This bag holds everything i need for presentations and electronics. going to buy another for my wife when she goes on trips with me.
