I have had this milk frother for over 3 months, and have to say it is one of my favorite "treat" appliances I have ever used! With the need to stay in doors and limit my traveling outside for essentials only I was sad to have my trips to the local coffee house be one of the things to go. I bought a more expensive frother originally and it was just...meh, so I tried my luck with this milk frother and I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome it works, how easy it is to clean and the cleaning tools that came with it! This unit does everything it says it can and it does it well. They included a soft wand sponge cleaning wand as well which was a nice added bonus that most other machines I compared didn't offer. The unit detaches from the base easily and makes the perfect light fluffy foam everytime, it is easy to pour and I have to say, after using this for the past several months I am becoming quite the self taught at home barista! Anyway, I highly recommend treating yourself to this awesome little appliance, you deserve to have a little fluff in your coffee/espresso!

Bought this when my former steamer/frother appeared to be broken. It make a nice thick froth and I envision adding a little sugar and using on desserts as a lite whipped cream. I use it with skim milk and it does a fabulous job. By the way my other one was just clogged (something that won't happen with this one), so now I have two ways to top my coffee. Highly recommend this product.

I am so excited to use this milk frothed, and had no idea that I absolutely needed this in my life. Now I’ll never not have one! It came with a cleaning tool that was unexpected. The different stir attachments are cleverly placed - storage under the lid...took me a minute to realize that’s what it was. I’ve heated water for tea already and my son made hot chocolate with frothed milk on top. Such a simple thing, brings so much joy. Nice looking product, easy to use.

It's a really nice frother, works fast, nice bubbles, the only thing is that it's only 110v, not only 220v and as per the description, I thought you could use it on 220v.I had to get a transformer in order to use it.Besides that, works really well, heats up milk nicely, and gets nice bubbles.

I only use it when I drink hot coffee which is only like twice a month. I go to use it for the first time in a couple months and it lights up and immediately turns off. When I’m looking around it seems the bottom portion of the cup that connects to the base is leaking.Very disappointed that after such few uses it stops working. Of course 2 weeks after the warranty is out. I reached out to the company but they will not replace it.If I had used to daily in the past year I wouldn’t be so upset but for it to break after less than 24 uses is crap.

This is a great steamer/frother. Bought one for myself and two more as gifts. It was a hit!!

I love this milk frother. Even though after one cycle, a little bit of milk proteins build up around (what I assume is) the heating unit, The non-stick surface makes it super easy to clean off. The included cleaning wand is nice but I have a feeling it's not going to last very long.Personally I found that the whisk on the cappuccino setting was not giving me enough milk and too much froth. I'm more of a latte girl, so I found that adding the milk up to the hot chocolate level but setting it on the first setting using the plastic agitator makes the perfect latte. I'll usually add a tablespoon of instant coffee, a dash of cinnamon , and sometimes a pinch of sugar to the milk, press the button and a few minutes later, perfect latte.Get this is if you are thinking about it.

I loved this product. I used it to make hot cocoa, froth milk, and hot cider. It was really easy and simple to use. However, after using it for 2 months it stopped working properly. It no longer heats and shuts off whenever I press a setting. I am not sure if it’s because water got into the mechanism when cleaning or what. I just wish it lasted longer for the cost. I now use a handheld froth that is battery operated.
