I put these in narrow mouth Mason jars and they work great. I just turned them on, put the light string in the jar, attached the hanger and screwed them onto the jar. I put them in the sun for an afternoon and they charged right up. I hung them on sheppard hooks to mark the aisle for my son's outdoor wedding. Now they mark the outside edge of our bonfire area. I like that they can get rained on and they still work.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Them!!! I have had solar lights of all prices & configurations but these are the BEST & BRIGHTEST ever!!! I have them (24) hanging on 36" & 48" shepherds hooks. My yard is SO lit up it looks like a landing strip!!! Don't hesitate to buy, you'll be glad you did. 10/28/2020 UPDATE: I have ordered 5 sets of 12. The last set was NOT the same THEY use AAA batteries. The previous 4 use AA. This set was for a birthday gift. ONE DOES NOT WORK @ all...VERY disappointing!!! Along with THAT...SEVERAL from my previous sets have quit working!!! YES, I have tried NEW batteries to NO avail. By the way the batteries are a B***H to change. Obviously they ARE NOT made to US specs. NEITHER are the lids, thus they DON'T line up with the threads on Mason jars well so several went on crooked. NOT to mention that they leak!!!t

Product arrived well packaged and all worked. Very easy to assemble and lighted jars are very pretty. A couple of the rings needed a little finessing to go on straight, but just minor effort.

These are great for RVs and camping since you leave them out and have lights before bed with solar charge. They don’t last more than 6 hours of night but you can turn it off until you need it. Ordered the bright white to see the difference from the warm lights, some of the kids twist funky with the dollar top but just play with it. Very happy, read instructions since I didn’t know to pull the plastic from the solar battery and then turn them on, too much rushing to see if they would work. Play with the lights too but be gentle. They can spell stuff out so a word lights up the HAR. Jars picked up at Michaels or Joann’s

I didn’t expect it to put out enough light to light the path! We’ve received several compliments from neighbors. This was a perfect addition to our yard!

This kit was a great deal and the lights are pretty bright. They are for the regular mouth jar and warm in color. They have a dusk till dawn feature. They turned on at 9pm and when I went to bed at 2am they were still on so the stay on for a good amount of time. This doesn’t include the jar, but honestly go to thrift store this was a great project!

The lids don't really fit Mason jars. I don't know if it is because some of them were bent, buy they tended to "strip" around the threads. Solved the problem with a little plumbers tape around the threads. Not especially bright, but bright enough to use as path lights or decoration. What surprised me is that draw almost no power. During the summer, a full day of sun, and they would stay on two full nights. I noticed after a rainy day that they were on at midnight, so I started experimenting to see how long they would last. I matched them with plastic mason jars, and they are the best path lights I have ever had.

I love these lights! They easily fit my mason jars & took no time at all. after reading other reviews, I decided to put a plastic bag over the solar panel part to protect it from water & it looks like an old fashioned jar cover. The lights turn on/off automatically & they all worked perfectly

the lids are not mason jar compatible - they are a totally different height. To replace the center of the solar panel may be possible but it may damage it. I tried to get them to release so I could use my own lid and only one would come out. Terrible design and false advertising on the manufacturer's part - these are NOT Bernardin, Ball, Kerr, Golden Harvest, etc... mason jar compatible

These solar light jar lids only worked intermittently. The first two days they were fine and despite having plenty of exposure to sun, they are not working. One lid arrived dented. Not very impressed.

The lights are so beautiful and they do stay lit for a long time. I had a issue with one light unit and I contacted the seller and got a fast response. They are replacing it and I am so impressed by this light set that I will definitely be ordering more from them. Thank you Ricky I will definitely be telling everyone about your products.

Just received this package of six solar mason jar lids. I like how they fit various sizes of jars and how easy they are to install. However, of the six only five light up. I will contact the company and see if they compensate. Update: I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement. Their response was quick and efficient. The lights are so pretty in my yard!

Of the 12 lites, 2 did not work right at the get go. The others are exactly what I wanted. So...not sure what to do as they come as a package of 12. I am not familiar with Amazons return policy but don't want to return all 12 of these items as they are already assembled in custom glass jars.
