This is the Scottoiler vSystem to suit the Triumph Tiger 800 / XC. The Scottoiler vSystem lubes your chain by tapping a small amount vacuum from your bike's throttle body. (Just remove the rubber blanking plug and attach the Scottoiler's vacuum line. Illustrated directions included). The vacuum opens an adjustable valve in the oil reservoir, allowing oil to pass along the delivery tube to the injector at the rear wheel sprocket. Approx. 1 drop of oil per minute is sufficient to keep the chain adequately lubricated. This vSystem comes with a 250ml bottle of regular BLUE Scottoil oil suitable for use in ambient temps of 32degsF to 86degsF. For use in higher ambient temperatures, (68degsF to 104degsF) please purchase the Tiger 800/XC kit which comes with hi-temp Scottoil RED oil. This Scottoiler vSystem kit comes with a comprehensive fitting kit to suit installation on the Triumph Tiger 800 / XC. For all other models of Tiger, please use the regular Scottoiler vSystem.
