I started taking 2 per day with the usual doubt that this would work. Most things do not work and are a waste of money. These pills are pricey too but when you are in constant pain you try anything at least once. Within a couple days, I was able to walk again, sometimes with no pain at all. Now there are times when it comes back of course, but all in all I'm better than I was. Even my hip pain is better. I'll continue to take these for now.

I use the liquid in the morning and these at night. My pain has lessened greatly. Pill size is a little large but they are effective. I will be purchasing again.

These do seem to help a little but I’m not sure a dollar a day is worth that, I take them in addition to allopurinol and I still have some stiffness, I don’t think they’d do much on their own
