Works great
This strip is easy to install and functions perfectly as a threshold to prevent water from escaping from the bottom of our shower door.

Must have for toddlers
My 5 year old has autism and likes to splash a lot in the tub, causing A LOT of water damage. After remodeling our bathroom, I bought this and some silicon to seal all around it. Not sure how this product would work without the silicon, but with it this thing is not going anywhere! It's very sturdy. For wheelchairs I would imagine you would have to get a rolling start to be able to roll over it, that's how sturdy it is. I used one tube of silicon and applied it on the bottom sticky side, all along the strip, and between the wall and the strip and let it dry over night. I recommend landlords get this product as well.

Sturdy
Didn't work the way I thought it would, but I think maybe I was expecting too much could not roll my handicap child's shower chair over it like I thought

It worked very well for its intended purpose
Yes, it worked well. My sunroom (which is tiled) opens into the living room area (which has wood floors). I had an ongoing problem wherein when it rained, water came through the ceiling and eventually found its way to the living room. To ensure the water didn't ruin the wood floors I installed this where the two met using a heavy duty caulk. Thankfully, the leak was fixed. Since I no longer needed it I removed it yesterday. Was pleased to find it wasn't too difficult to remove ... just needed a little elbow grease to remove the caulking. When it was installed, my only concerns were that someone would trip and fall over it when they moved to and from sunroom and living room. Also, it certainly didn't enhance the overall look of the floors.
