I ordered this because when I went to my goto Asian market to get what I needed for Inari sushi. They only had 1 small packet of this which was $8 dollars. This larger 3-pack ran me just a hair over $20 dollars and is a much better value.I am Hawaiian and I often get a desire for some of my mother’s recipes. Inari sushi is one of those dishes that I crave. It is so easy to make. You want to use sushi rice if possible which is also easy to make. Just add some white rice vinegar, sugar and salt to some warm rice until it becomes sticky. Then add a portion of this Sushi Taro to it. Voila … you have your filler. Then you will need a can of Inarizushi No Moto to use as the cone or shell and you surf it with the rice. Serve hot or cold … but it is better hot IMO. It is so easy to make and gives me that taste to belay my home sickness.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, this is the brand that my mom and grandmother used. Seasoning flavor is Excellent. This pouch is something new to me, as I am used to buying it in a can. Pouch is nice upgrade.

I've been using this package for a while. It's very convenient to make Chirashi Zushi.You can add scrambled eggs, quick-boiled few snow peapods that I sliced very thin (for green) andBeni shouga (Red ginger) is also sliced very thin, and those on top of the dishes.or you can make Chirashi nori maki.

Add to rice for an easy meal.

So glad I found this at Amazon! My local global market stopped carrying it long ago. This sushi mix makes it so easy to make sushi rice, and the price is so reasonable. It has the same sushi taste you find in store bought sushi in Japan. You will not be disappointed! I use it to make cone sushi and of course it is delicious for making chirashi zushi. Thank you for selling this product!

I was skeptical to order this product but it's just like the product that I always bought it's great. Lots of flavor and just what I expected.

Many products from Japan have been harder to find in our local Asian grocery stores in the last couple of years. I had stocked up on this item, but was down to the last envelope when I found this seller on Amazon. Received the item quickly, and the expiration dates are into the end of next year. Thank you. This brand is yummy and my family has been using it with rice for sushi rolls or inarizushi pockets for years.
