I ordered one of these cameras (Mibao 1296P WiFi Camera with Pan/Tilt) in April 2021.I already have a set of fixed HD cameras but wanted the ability to cover a larger area and be able to move the camera.I fitted the camera outside, in my garden. I was impressed with the image quality, the pan and tilt and the night vision. I allowed some time to see if any potential problems arose but nothing did.I remained so impressed that I ordered another in June 2021 and this is also performing as well as the first. I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants the flexibility of a pan and tilt camera at a very reasonable price.

We bought two of these cameras last year, intermittent working after little over 1 year they have placed an advert over where you view your footage it won’t let you see the 6 second videos unless you buy the premium package.We are being held to ransom not fit for purpose.AVOID PRODUCT AND ALL SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES AS MIS SOLD.

Needed a camera outdoors that would link to our Echo Shows, so our son could play out in the garden and we could still keep an eye on him if we needed to go into the house.Easy to set up. Have mine hard wired into router but set it up in wireless mode.A lot easier than other wireless cameras.

I got this as a gift.good quality and easy to set up and App for Win 10 pc and any device work well. Fair price for what you get. Overall very easy to get up and running with the app. This little camera provides excellent quality footage.

I figured that this would provide me with alerts when someone is detected, the ability to listen and talk to anyone outside and also provide round the clock security. I wanted something that didn't require a monthly subscription, that could be hard wired into my network and provide alerts when required.I have other Mibao products, including wireless earphones that I use every day for listening to music and Teams meetings and an MP3 player that is fantastic. Therefore, when I came across this I knew it would be good. The reviews also confirmed this.You have to use the app with this camera, which is absolutely fine because everything is easily accessible with an intuitive interface. Getting the camera to work was as simple as connecting it to an ethernet cable and USB plug and turning it on.The manual says it supports 8-64 GB microSD cards. I stuck a 128 GB microSD card and it's working perfectly. That means more recordings are saved without looping occurring and footage being lost.I have it set to record whenever it detects motion, which means the card takes even longer to fill up and it's easier for me to review events in the timeline. If you stick to the free subscription, you are limited to 10 second clips in the cloud when an alert is sent to your phone, but you can then go into the app and view the full clips recorded on the SD card by tapping once on the live image. I have included screenshots of the process. Once the timeline appears, you can drag left and right and let go where you want to review footage and it automatically plays.The motion sensor and human detection is impressive, even on low sensitivity it will pick up anyone slightly out of view of the camera itself and start tracking them. Night vision is great too, although I would recommend scheduling alerts so that they don't trigger when it is dark because the infrared light on the camera will pick up moths, bats and flies as they go past.It's amazing how much you get for your money with this camera, the technology inside it is amazing and it's hard to believe how little it costs when you compare it to other cameras out there that aren't smart and require a HUB. I'm considering installing a second because I like it so much.If you have had a bad experience with Mibao's static camera, don't worry. I had the same problem, the camera looked excellent but it was let down by very poor software that meant I couldn't use it. This uses a completely different app that works straight away without problems.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others.I hope that this review is helpful.

Easy to fit. However, you need a hole for the large USB plug and cable to enter. Luckily, I have an outdoor 13a socket. I used a weatherproof box for the USB power supply to connect to the mains power. The camera gives 'Human Detected' warnings for cats, dogs, flying moths, etc. In fact you get warning for anything and everything that moves. I do love the way it can follow anyone walking around. Really gives a person a feeling of being "watched". Quality of build seems ok. Picture quality is pretty good. I don't like the nagging on the app to subscribe to cloud monitoring. That is a real pain!!!
