Great stuff
This stuff really works. It's important to follow the clearly written directions to the letter, and curing times can be substantially longer than the claimed 5-10 minutes for larger/deeper repairs (it doesn't help that the blue light is so small). Out of the syringe, the gel is very viscous, which is great if patching a vertical segment as it doesn't sag at all while wet. I had a couple of 1/4" deep gouges to fill in a granite counter: on the first one, I tried filling it in layers, curing each layer before applying the next. This turned out to be very time consuming, requiring the blue light to be moved back and forth over the layer being cured. For the second gouge, I started at one end of the gouge and filled in a small section completely, cured it, then filled in the next section, and so on. Total time was probably the same, but it was much less labor intensive as I could set up the blue light on the small section being cured and walk away until it was time to start the next section.I also used the acrylic to fill in some small pits, and that was much more straightforward, again with very good results.

Works as described
The kit we received had the new style blue flashlight. Our chip was on the edge going into our sink, this edge has an 1/8" round. (Black granite)Just followed the instructions. I over-filled the area, cured the product with the light and sanded back. Then I used the polish that came in the kit.Shortly after I asked my wife to find where the chip was, she could not.Would buy again if we get another chip.

Not bad, but not perfect. Regardless, I’ll take it.
This product is easy to easy. The directions are very easy. I recommend downloading the app and using your cell phone light to cure the product. It’s faster and stronger than their blue light. We had multiple areas on our granite that have chips on the edges. Some areas did really well with the product and others are improved but far from perfect. The biggest concern was the sharp edges created from the chips and this product does help smooth and even out the surface. I had about 7 chips to do and I still have some of the product left. It’s hard to get a good thickness. It’ll take longer to dry and it’s more challenging to sand evenly. The sheerness is pretty good. You almost can’t tell anything is there. Just be patient and don’t expect complete perfection. It’s still good enough though!

Doesn't work
I had high hopes for this product and after reading many reviews I made the purchase after noticing a sizable crack on my granite countertops. Most others had a chip so I figured that since I had a crack it'd be relatively easier to fix, though I knew what to look out for in accordance to reviews. That said, when I received it I was sorely disappointed. My first big issue was that I noted that there was an expiration date on the syringes and that it was past that date (by months mind you. As in 9 months past) but I figure that I'd try it anyway so take the rest of the review with that in mind. I used everything as directed and everything looked decent through the clear plastic meant to help the curing process. The instructions said at most 7 minutes but I read some reviews that say that the bluelight included isnt strong enough. No big deal, I had my own I bought awhile ago. I turned both on and let it sit on the counter overnight and figured it'd be cured by the time I got up in the morning. I was wrong... so I decided to try to download the phone app they recommended as well to cure. The app only lets you have it on in 5minute increments max so I paid more attention it this time and repeatedly turned it on after testing every 5 minutes. It never cured! There's a portion on the instructions that said that after the elapsed time if its still tacky then I could use rubbing alcohol to wipe down the counter and it'll be fine so I thought maybe it was okay and I just didnt know what to look for. I wiped down the counter with the prescribed rubbing alcohol and the crack was not only still there but equally as visible as before I tried to use this product! I've watched all the videos and I've read all the reviews... I did everything I could and even tried again 2 more times with the same product to no avail. The whole ordeal has made me livid I spent an entire 2 days and wasted 30$ trying to use this product without any results to show for it. Maybe it works fine if it wasn't expired but buyer beware I suppose. This is as much of a review of the product as it is about quality control.

Worked first time on small repair.
My first repair was a very small chip in the edge of a granite countertop and the product did harden. This repair was flawless and you cant see the repair at all and can only "feel" it if you try hard enough. I attempted a second chip repair the next day and its now better than it was, but is still very visible. I wanted to layer the repair so I wasn't putting a large glob of acrylic in all at once. 2 months later I attempted to fill in the remaining chip, and the product will not dry. 2+ hours with the blue light it came with and several hours using my own LED UV light (changing batteries twice, and I am assuming this product is cured using UV) and its still a sticky mess. Product was properly capped when I was done using it so I expected to be able to use it again in the future. While it did a fantastic job for the first minor repair, I did expect to be able to use the product again, and that has not been the case. For the price, 1 and a half repairs is better than paying a professional but it did not live up to expectations. Not deserving of a 1 star because it did work perfectly on the very small chip.
