I purchased this controller because I love the way it looks and its much lighter than traditional wireless controllers. It is wired which I love because I don't like having to replace batteries or remember to charge the remote. But for me this was definitely not a plug and play situation. On first plug in, it did not work. I did have to download the companion software and kind of set up this remote and make sure that it worked. It took me about an hour because the remote needed a software update. But upon finishing the setup and updates, it works like a charm. I love that you can change the colors and the light rhythm of the controller. You can edit the sensitivity levels of all the toggles and buttons which is very useful for certain games. Overall, if you're willing to put in a little extra work for a cool controller this is a great controller for you.

I have a Windows 11 computer that I constantly update. The controller works. My computer recognizes it and I can play video games like normal on my computer. The only problem is that the application for this never worked. So for this having the ability to switch the colors of the LED's and remap the buttons, not being able to use that feature is a downside. Thankfully I like the color. Sad about the app not working. It is from the Windows Store and only the Windows Store, cannot download outside of Windows Store

Exactly as advertised! Love playing with this controller on my PC. It works super well without the need of a driver and of course, because it is wired, no charging required. It’s cute, comfortable and customizable! The 3 Cs I didn’t know I needed.😂 (It also healed a part of my inner child considering I’ve always wanted a purple, transparent controller growing up; so the style was a true plus.🥹💜) The other colors look great and vibrant as well. Smooth buttons and joysticks at a great price. Hope this helps!✨

I only got to use this thing for a month before it broke. Stuck on color/light selection mode and button to get it out is stuck. Utter garbage.

Since my lil sister loved this so we had to replace the old one cause it was too sticky to move but I'll fix her old one and keep it since she loves this controller the most

Es un control que aunque es alámbrico no estorba ni se siente incómoda ya que con su cable de 2 metros es una buena opciónSe siente liviano y de muy buena calidad además de que las luces led son muy llamativas y con patrones y colores perdonalisables.

Meu sobrinho adorou, além de lindo qd em funcionamento, controle sensível, não deixa nada a desejar em relação ao original da Microsoft, recomendo.
