After going through a bunch of forms depending on your model this may or may not work for your Jeep unfortunately it did not work for mine but I was able to find the correct part at AutoZone

Fixed my issue with my blower motor and then broke 5 days after installing it would never buy from this company

Fixes Cherokee issue where blower motor only runs on HIGH setting
2000 XJ blower motor would only run on high. Cherokee talk forum recommended replacing this item, which is located behind glove box. This solves the problem.
