I only bought this to charge my PS5 controllers. I always wish I had bought them for the PS4 which would get a loose charge port over time. Trying to prevent that this time. Not a fan of the finicky charge docks. And this method is absolutely the way to go. If you play long gaming sessions like I do. A charge dock is useless unless you have a second controller (I do, but it's for future use). With a charge cable this long, you can keep playing when the message pops that you need a recharge. A dozen charges in and it works great, and if my dog runs through my cable. It just falls and no damage. Time will tell how well it holds up.Happy so far.

I just got a brand new phone. I'm thrilled with the magnetic cord for it. It fits great with my case on. It was why I chose this cord, the rectangular magnet.The phone that I'm replacing in part because the socket for the cable is no longer straight. To charge with my regular cords I have to push the usb-c plug down to make connection between the plug and the cord.I plan to keep the phone as a back up Wi-Fi device. Was hoping the magnetic cord would make it easier to charge. It hasn't. It's made it much, much harder.If I had just tried it on my old phone, I would have hated it! But I'm thrilled for my new phone. I may be able to stop going through so many cords, and do much less aggravation.All those 1 star reviewers, they weren't wrong. Don't bother to try if your charging port is not completely straight.

I like it a lot better than the other magnetic charging cable that I bought (Terasako Magnetic Charging Cable) just for two reasons: the connectors on the Kuulaa are oblong and the magnetic-hold is stronger. The oblong shape of the connectors are better for the cell-case I use, without my needing to modify the opening on the case. The magnetic-hold on the Kuulaa actually does hold just as advertised (at least for the first couple weeks until corrosion develops in the connectors). But, although, the hold is no longer as strong as when I first bought it, the hold is good enough to easily connect and charge my cell.

I thought these would be amazing, but the magnets are too weak to hold together through anything but sitting gently. So when i would have my phone charging and i bump into it, it would unplug. I really like the idea of these, and they were exactly what they said they would be, but in reality, they were underwhelming. I would not buy again, but i don't think that is the cables fault, i think it is my usage of them that they were not designed for. I put my cables through a lot of abuse. I would also like to see them be usb-c on both sides and allow super fast charging.

It's great if you don't plan in being on your phone while charging but it falls off while you're using it.

I have used magnetic charging system for years. After losing 2 tablets and a phone due to some of pins broke this is the way to go. All reports state this is a great brand and it is for my phone the Samsung S8 but still not a fast charge, more like a trickle, but not the new Samsung tablet S7 FE. It will charge but don't expect fast charging with this brand. If charging while using it will hold the % you start at, but it will you will not get any additional charging. It maintains the % you started with. If not using the tablet you still get a slow trickle charge but it will charge.I will say the magnet is strong and holds on real well but no other brand of tips can be used with cable as some other brands allow. Good system but doesn't fast charge all devices.

Magnets seem strong and I can confirm this does provide data and android auto capability but a problem arises with the deaign of the head of the cable. The materials are great but the lip of the port that magnetically attaches to the usb-c plug is too short, this leads to small bumps pulling the cord away enough to disconnect it. This makes it less useful in the car as the plan was to be able to keep my phone in my pocket while connected to android auto but every bump or shift leads to a disconnect. If they release an improved version of this i would buy it in a heartbeat as when it works it works very well.

Would definitely recommend for all charging applications.

Not an universal fitting. Currently useless until I purchase the correct leads.

A good product if you live in a lab but in real world conditions little bits of metalic debris get stuck to the magnets so the you end up not getting a good connection and end up spending more time cleaning it than you save. It's good but only for the first week

Perfect fit with my phone case, does fast charging as promised.Effortless to unplug from the permanent tip left at the phone side.I was worried with earliest reports that says magnet is too strong hence difficult to remove from the detachable tip.

exactly what i was looking for, i own the aceyoon USB C Magnetic Cable 3ft, and was running out of adapters this product is the one you need for those wires.

Very slow to recharge the phone, gets disconnected very easily (too easily).
