I am just waiting on grandson to come over to hang it for me. The handles are a slip resistant rubber type coating and comfortable to hold in your hand. It is very heavy duty and very well made.

We just got this battle rope and we love it. The quality is good, I like the sleeve because it keeps it clean and easy to use outside on the beach. The nice thing is that even our young kids use to to work out or relive stress from online schooling. Very versatile and easy to use and yes it does make you sweat! and gives mobility to other muscles.
