I take these when i have been consuming a lot of protein and it helps tremendously! Also when I eat late since that throws off your sleep— your body is still digesting. It was recommended to me by a herbalist years ago and it has been a great help!

I LOVE that this IS from NON GMO and that it’s got all the necessary ingredients to make it work better for my whole system then just a basic digestive. It’s the whole thing in one for a better digestive plus probiotic and super enzymes! I even take it if I’m under stress and not handling foods well! I use this product every day. I eat healthy but use it because I am getting older and it keeps my digestive system operate very efficiently. No taste. I take with water every morning.
