I have not been able to grill tender steaks. They were always tough and chewy. It is even worse now that I have Dentures. Even using the hammer style tenderizer did not give satisfactory results. I saw a video on this and decided to order one. I first used it on a boneless ribeye steak along with Adolph’s meat tenderizer. The result exceeded my biggest expectation. The steak was not nly melt in your mouth tender it was extremely tasty. I then decided to try it on a chicken breast that I was cooking in an air fryer. I used the XL and the Adolphs. I have never had such a tasty or flavorful piece of chicken in my life. The next night we did chicken again but used only the CL witout the Adolphs. The result was again a very tender chicken but not as flavorful as the piece the night before. I look foreard to trying these two things on pork chops and a pot roast.The XL is extremely easy to take apart and I also put it in the dishwasher. This little XL Device has more than exceeded my expectations and I have recommended it to friends and family. A really great product.

I like that it's well made and worked well to tenderize the steak I used it on. My son liked the way it worked so much that I gave it to him a bought another one.

The belt clip digs into my side when I use a wider leather belt. I shorten the top of the clip and it no longer digs into my side.

This product is a great tenderizer! Some meat’s really need tenderizing so older folks can enjoy!

This works so good on meat. It's VERY sharp so use caution how you store it.

I used this to make some chicken fried steak with cut offs from a whole beef strioloin I bought. The end pieces I've had from previous whole striploins weren't as tender as I'd like, and it's important with chicken fried steak to get them nice and tender! This did a great job! It really tenderized the steaks, and it also helped me get the spices down into the meat instead of just the outside where they can more easily fall off. This worked way better than the old hammer style that I had before! Wuality wise it seems decent. As long as you don't abuse it it'll last! I'm happy with jt!

Super way to save money by buying less expensive/tougher cuts of meat without compromising on tenderness.I have looked at some of the better/more tender steaks and roasts and thought that the prices have gone crazy lately. With the Bold XL Meat Tenderizer we can buy some tougher cuts and tenderize them mechanically.Works very well, is easy to use and quite simple to clean. Pays for itself in lower meat costs and improved texture/taste.

This thing is ridiculous, was cheap to buy, and I understand why, it’s kind of a cheap product. Don’t take this the wrong way, let me explain.It was priced well, & works perfectly. In fact it works so well, it’s a trail and error situation with your steaks. You need to learn and understand your meats. You can completely shred a huge chunk of meat and make amazingly soft steaks with this. How ever you can go to far easily, Not fault of the product though. Personally I love it.However it’s made of kinda cheap plastic and not recommended for the dish washer, I ended up with water going through cracks in the plastic and took days for it to dry out.. they could have put more effort into the design and style with the materials it made of. They should have made a better solid feeling handle while also making it water proof with a rubber coating making it also nonslip.
