I haven't used teeth whitening strips before but I thought these did a good job. I noticed a difference in color pretty quickly. The directions were confusing though and after you remove the strip it does leave a thick residue on your teeth . I just use at home so I can brush right after with water. If you could get past the residue, they are much more economical than others.

I was really excited to use this because of the large percentage of hydrogen peroxide. These white strips did not let me down! I noticed a difference in my teeth whiteness after only two applications. It’s not uncomfortable to wear and doesn’t slip off my teeth easily, like other white strips I’ve had.
