Very easy to use and programm. Lights are bright, and the product doeant weight much so its easy to display. The packaging was incredibly secured.

After reading other reviews here, I was a bit worried if I could even use this. Well, I could, but not like it is advertised. BOTTOM LINE: I got it working with my own input, but at a minimally functional level, so I am keeping it. But I don't want to take days or weeks learning how to do something more complicated, basically only through trial and error, since instructions and explanations are woefully inadequate. I would if it had better instructions and it connected easily. The biggest obstruction is a connectivity issue between the PC and the unit. Now I will give details and explain why. First, let's be clear - this thing is a Chinese message board, designed for Chinese people. It comes with loads of animated images, messages, etc, all in Chinese - especially for weddings. The English guide is terribly thin and no guide at all to make more complicated message effects. There are 2 ways to connect to the unit - either through a PC or through a cell phone. You need to install software for either. The unit also comes with a preprogrammed message that shows a small sample of effects it can do. I tried the PC way first. Without really trying and connection to the unit, I found I could change the clock setting on the unit. But for any message, I just could not connect to it. I kept getting error messages, and the manual was useless for any troubleshooting. The makers make an effort at getting you up and running, but their manual is not helpful for connection problems - they even give you a flash drive with a video, but it offers nothing new that the manual doesn't. The manual goes through Step 1, 2, 3 etc, and makes it look like snap, crackle, pop, you're done. But with connection errors, you just hit a brick wall. Finally I tried my iphone. This time I could connect easily, but the app appears to be a deeply stripped down version of the program. In the end, I just changed the wording of their preprogrammed message, and it did the job. if I couldn't connect with my phone, I'd have no choice but to get a refund.

This product is impossible to program. Incredibly difficult at best. The password does not work and the app does not work.

If you buy this you need to use all caps when spelling, as you will see it does not do well when trying to spell a lower case letter like T's or F's. It will also put gaps in the spelling of your words then pushes the remaining letters in your word too close to the next word making it very confusing to read. For example this is a actual sentence on the bought and this is how it displayed it: ( If you need cate ringfor your event please call (205) 123- 4567...... exactly how it looks and its difficult to read that while its scrolling. The brightness is great and figuring out programming was a little bit tedious. I found it was much better programming from my table then my phone or my laptop.

Product is great but the professional programming might not as easy, but the programming via phone can do the job. I showed it to others and they loved it.

We returned the sign because it won't connect to the computer, so we can't program it at all.
