Zinc Zinc Zinc. It WORKS!!! Suck on these at the beginning of a cold, don't chew. It's effective. Has worked for me for over 50 years.

This stuff always works for me, but I'm not a doctor so I won't recommend or not recommend it. Good price, though, if you're a person that uses it.

I have bought these for decades at Walmart. And then for some reason they stopped carrying them. When you feel about tickle in the back of your throat and no a cold is coming on, you have to have these handy. Never use the zinc products that tell you to chew them! They just don't work well. The zinc has to be absorbed in your mucous membranes as in your cheeks!

Awesome product. Always take it simultaneously with a cough drop. My personal preference though.

If I sneeze more than twice, I pop one of these in. I'm sure some of it might be in my mind. But when I start to feel a little sick, I start on Cold-EEZE. I have also given them to some co-workers and they said they feel better. No, there is no cure for a cold, but this does help fight it off or minimize the time I have mine. They are ALWAYS in my cabinet.
