Even though my carpet had been cleaned, it still had a musty smell. I used this product and it gradually took the musty smell away. Easy to use but be careful. It shakes out of the bottle as a very fine powder. You could shake out too much, which is not necessary. Just a light shake does the trick. A little pricey, but worth it.

I was worried it wouldn’t have a strong smell since it was so cheap and boy was I wrong. Works so quickly. No leakage or stickiness; and having kiddos in the house, I love that it has more natural ingredients. It’s extremely easy to use and to clean up after. What a great brand!

I bought a 100% wool rug and it just stank (as they do) and I let it air out for a couple weeks hoping the smell would go away and it never did. Every time I’d walk through the door I’d be hit with the musty smell of my rug and it was making me annoyed coming home to that.This product did help remove the smell from the wool rug. I sprinkled it all over, there’s a little more than half the bottle left from an 8’ round rug. I left it over night and vacuumed when I got home from work the next day. When I first sprinkled it, the lavender smell was pretty strong and I was honestly worried it was going to stay like that. When I woke up the next morning, I couldn’t smell it at all. When I got home from work I still couldn’t smell it. I vacuumed it up and the powder came up well on the “low floor” setting on my cheap vacuum. It didn’t come up much with the thick carpet setting.I laid on the rug (I am a no house, lay on the floor in the living room sometimes kinda gal) to see if a) there were left over residue and b) if it smelled still. It did a fantastic job at removing smell, my nose literally has to be touching the carpet to smell any kind of wool must which is natural anyways for a new wool rug. And there was no residue (I’m brown and I wear all black most of the time, I would have noticed)My biggest complaint is that the bottle didn’t leak necessarily but there was definitely powder getting on the sink when I was removing the seal and what not. I didn’t care about the lasting lavender smell because that wasn’t my goal but if you’re looking for a scent that stays, this isn’t it. If you’re just trying to remove musty rug smell, this is great.

I cannot brag on this product enough. It smells absolutely heavenly. I sprinkle it on my carpet if the pets have an accident or if I just want to make the house smell great for my company. Once you vacuum over it, it works so well in the house smells amazing. There’s literally no need for candles anymore.

This does a great job removing smells for a few days but is not a long-term solution. I shampooed my carpet twice then applied this product and the smell of dog pee returned a week later. Also, expect to dust after applying.

So, I have four huskies; two of them just turned three years old, one of them just turned two years old, and the other just turned one year a few months ago…so I’m sure you can imagine the mess they track in/cause on a daily basis. Thankfully they’re all potty trained, but sometimes they have accidents. This odor neutralizer is an absolute miracle worker. When my carpets start to smell a bit funky, either from the dogs tracking stuff in or having an accident, this stuff gets rid of the smell immediately WITHOUT leaving a horrible chemical scent like you find with stuff you buy at the store. I like to sprinkle it on my carpet after I’ve shampooed it too to get rid of that gross wet carpet smell. To be honest, I wish this company sold more products in this scent because I’d buy them. I’m talking candles, car air fresheners, oil plug ins for around the house, etc., body wash, shampoo, etc. It’s such a vibrant, clean, relaxing sent to me. Like, it lifts my mood when I smell it. So yeah, if you’re sick of those gross, chemical scented floral abominations you find at your local grocery stores or places like Walmart or Target, try this brand out!

This stuff smells amazing and does such a good job killing the odors and not just covering them up. Used many other products in the past and none compare to this plus it's all natural so you can go wrong trust me! Your gonna love it

I love the smell of this and how easy it is to use. I just wish the scent lasted longer but will buy it again once I’m out.

Smells nice and fresh

I bought this based on the reviews. I used it on my carpet and it is the worst smelling product I have ever used. I had to air out the room and use baking soda to neutralize the smell.

Seal was broken. Product was open and part empty.

Not impressed with the product . Over priced and not great quality
