I am not a fan of licorice, especially the black licorice. However, THIS has changed my mind. Finnish black licorice is MUCH more flavorful than regular licorice. It has a little spice taste to it and doesn't taste like the typical wax that most licorice has. It's soft, chewy, and really a wonderful treat with lower calories than most desserts. It has a nice flavor sealing package that keeps it fresh. This is the BEST treat I've had in a long time, and the price is fair. I actually came back to order another package, and set it up as a subscription. That's saying a LOT for me. Give these a try, you will be happy you did.

Delicious. Real licorice. (not like Twizzlers)

The texture was perfect! Not too sticky, but just chewy enough. The flavor is an intense and delicious black licorice. I really love this. My only complaint is I wish the price was a tad bit lower. It feels like an expensive splurge with so many competitors at lower price points. So, it's more of an "every now and then" kind of treat during this harsh economy!

I like Finnska black licorice , these are good , and fresh . strong licorice flavor .

Great flavor

This is one of the best licorice bites I’ve had. Finnish licorice is soft, chewy and delicious. It’s a great buy for the money.

I’ve been on a black licorice kick lately and had some Wiley wallaby and gimbals Scottie dogs to compare - these are ok for the most part. The texture is almost the same as Australian licorice, but there is a weird sour aftertaste that isn’t in any of the other products I’ve had recently. I keep trying to overlook the taste, but I can’t. It’s Disappointing as I just bought 2 pounds! I will buy Darrel Lea or Wiley Wallaby next time.
