The product demanded was the oil. This is a different product. It does work. But, the smell is different. So, the medical composition is different from the product in the picture.Review after using the product.This product though different from what was ordered is a good product. It has an inhaler and a roll on balm put together. I found the product effective. So, I am changing to 3 stars
