I'm giving 3 stars ...first when it came the box was open on one end, but the inside product didn't seem to be tampered with. I took one pill with breakfast and I did have coffee before that. I had gitters immediately don't know what that's about. First day will see what happens tomorrow without the coffee. I know it says take 3 pills but I am skeptical and like to go in stages when first trying a product

I had a bad toothache and found out this was an alternative to amoxicillin so I tried it and it worked. I'd recommend to this for a toothache.
