A well made and good looking item. As others have commented, it is a pity that the covers are not firmly fixed. Bluetak is a helpful aid here!

Excellent quality product and easy to fit .Purchased 2 X2 m . Only issue no spare grub screws which very easy to drop and lose when locking the handrail to the brackets .So just a tip to the German manufacturers..plse include a couple of spares .Quality stainless steel

Nicely packaged, no issues with assembly of parts and the wall fixing holes on the brackets do not interfere with the position of the handle. The only criticism is the cover plates to conceal the screw fixings were a loose fit, used clear silicone to bond them around the plates.

A really smart piece of kit, very pleased with it

I was surprised to find that the wall screws and grub screws were not provided. You have to purchase separately which is bizarre! The cap also does not hide the wall mounts property. You have to glue it using silicone or some alternative adhesive. The wall mounts should extrude out to avoid this issues. Manufacturing should be revised.

Looks and feels half decent time will tell could do with supplying fixing bolts
