Brilliant nothing to complain about

It does exactly what if's supposed to do.

There are so many reasons why this is one of the most aggravating, irritating and frustrating household items to use:- Clogs after almost every use. The hole into the dust collector is very small - about the size of a postage stamp - and regularly clogs with almost anything: hair, carpet fluff, dust etc will jam the hole and stop the V11 from working every single time. I spend so much time trying to empty the hole.- It also clogs regularly at the bottom end of the hosepipe where it joins the vacuum head.- The dust collector fills after one room, so you need to empty it all the time (and unclog the inevitable blockages). It does not empty easily - you have to reach your fingers into the device to pull out the dirt which goes everywhere with clouds of dust floating around.- The filter constantly needs cleaning too. Again, after a few rooms the vacuum starts wheezing and whining and you get a message saying it is blocked (again) or the filter needs cleaning (again).- It is very hard to disengage the vertical hose pipe from the dust collector/motor and from the vacuum head - it involves significant effort and force. No way could someone elderly or frail use this.- Very top heavy and almost impossible to stop it from falling over all the time creating a risk of the Dyson or other items breaking.- Incredibly uncomfortable to use - the grip is very unergonomic, hard, heavy and gives me an aching hand after 5 minutes use. It is so heavy and hard to use, again, I cannot imagine anyone elderly or frail being able to use this.- Simply does not work on hard floors. On hard floors it flicks hard items like rice, grit and cereals all over the place and will not pick them up unless you lift the head of the cleaner directly on top of the items and balls of fluff are pushed ahead by the wind created by the spinning head, so nothing is collected unless you lift the head constantly.- The head cannot clean into corners or ridges in stairs.- All the clear plastic looks good when new, but looks really dirty and grubby within a few uses. The fact it constantly falls over and gets scratched and dinged doesn't help.- When you switch off the Dyson, dirt and bits fall out of the head, as the constant blockages mean loads of stuff doesn't make it to the collector bin and just bounces around the head until you switch off at which point it gets deposited on your floor.- It is very frustrating to use given the issues above, particularly because it is inconsistent - it is always changing speed and wheezing and stopping.The only positive I can think of is that the battery lasts a long time - 45 mins+.

For carpets and our hard floors

If you prefer to spend your time cleaning and unclogging your Vacuum Cleaner rather than cleaning your house and if you fancy a discerning Vacuum Cleaner that chooses which dirt it wants to pick up and which to reject, then this is the device for you.Undoubtedly the most useless and overpriced piece of rubbish I have ever owned. I only know two other people who bought this device and they have had the same experience. I want my old Henry Vac back.
