I really appreciate this product. No more uncomfortable shampoo days for my mom. Her back remained dry. The neck size is a little loose (I might add another Velcro piece to create a more customizable fit as my mom is on the petite size). Set it up by putting 1 towel over the shoulders and another one that is rolled up against the neck to help prop it up. The neck area has sort of like a mini visor lip so you have to make sure it is flushed against the skin to create a good “seal”. We used this on our mom while sitting up and she was completely dry 🙏🏽. I pinned the front of the neck to the towels to pull it forward and support the “seal” on her neck. I would totally recommend this.

Worked great for washing my elderly mothers hair in the kitchen sink when she was unable to bend forward. Cleaned up nice and was easy to use.

Wasn't the most comfortable as elderly patients are usually very sensitive about having any straps over their neck, but it still did the trick in keeping water from saturating the patient. Once done washing the patient's hair, be sure to caution the patient to not sit up prior to disengaging the neck strap otherwise the water remaining in the back portion will roll forward and drench them.

I like this product, however it is designed in a way that often times leaves a huge mess on the floor. Specifically, there is a hump that I believe is intended to create comfort for the person who is leaning back, however, the hump does not allow the water to flow down freely. This creates a backup of water that eventually falls to the floor through the neck opening. I am searching for a solution now.

I thought this would be a good thing to use for my 89yo mom in law. IT WAS NOT! She was wet all down her back and front. Needless to say, we had to change her clothes afterwards. It is only good for looks because it definitely will not keep you dry although some of the water did actually go back into the sink.

So I bought this to wash my mom's hair at the sink since she lives in a facility. It worked great for us. It is very easy to inflate since a one way valve is included. Deflation was just as simple-pull the whole valve off and voilà! Rinse, towel or air dry, fold and put away. There is still some hyper flexion of neck, just not as intense. Very scant leakage around one area of the neck. However, my wearer grossly detests anything around her neck, but she tolerated this and actually loved the experience. It's a yes from me.

It’s a good product. Just doesn’t work For me. Way too long to fit into my sink to rinse out hair.
