Handle is too thin to hold comfortably
Material composition is very 'wimpy' for the cost. Additionally it is difficult for adult hands to get a good grip and extremely difficult to impossible for an adult with mobility issues.

Definetly just use a normal tooth brush this barely even wanted to clean my teeth. An it sort of hurt my gums
