This product makes me feel good using it because it's natural and works as promised. It helps wash away any residue from my dishes and seems to help them dry faster. This rinse aid works as well or better as products that are not natural and keeps the glasses and dishes from having spots. I was skeptical about using a natural product but have been pleasantly surprised at the results.

Dishes are still soaking wet after a washable and heat dry

While I love the idea of a "greener" rinse agent, this one frequently fails at its task. I have used it with a "greener" detergentand the results are dishes which are clean but have a "film" on them. I'll use up what I bought, but probably won't buy it again.
