Useful tips for first time Aga owner. I wish he would speak to other brands of cookware, though I understand his bias working for the company. Recipes could be updated to more modern fare.

Excellent book for a new Aga owner. My husband loves that it explains the science and mechanics behind how agas work (in simple, clear terms) and I have found it very useful for day to day cooking and knowledge. Lots of very clear and helpful diagrams for how and where to cook different items.

Absolutely essential book for the new Aga owner, I will be inheriting one in a house we are moving to and wanted to hit the ground running, I will now thanks to this fab little book, Richard Maggs, clearly knows Agas inside out and passes in the knowledge easily and clearly, can’t wait to make popcorn on the hot plate, that’s going to be fun!

Although not all the information in this book is helpful for owners of newer and electric AGAs (they weren't around when this book was written) it has some very good pointers and provides the facts for those of us new to the AGA world.

This was a gift to a family member who had just bought a house with a gas aga. After reading existing reviews I bought it for them and they tell me it covered every query they had and will continue to be helpful. The book includes recipes.
